The Town Hall is located in the heart of Shawville. The Town Hall office was opened in the former post office building in 1974.

Services provided at the Town Hall:

  • Information on Residential Services
  • Council Meetings
  • Building Permits
  • Tax information and payments.  We are now offering online banking as a method of payment.  People can either pay at the bank (Royal or National) or by using online banking
  • Burning Permits

Office Hours are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday  9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Every Tuesday and Thursday Senior's Drop in Center (former Masonic Lodge), 1-3pm, 244 Main Street

Every Saturday from 8:30-12:30 and Wednesday from 12:00-4:00pm the Pontiac Farmers Market is open at the Shawville Fairgrounds.

Fridays in August, from 1-4pm, drop in crafts at the Shawville Clarendon Library.
